    Raw Material

    99.9% raw aluminium ingot, 100% nonuse recycle aluminium ingot, general alloy: 6063, 6061, etc.




    Extrusion Line

    8 extrusion lines, which can extrude 600-2200 tons of aluminium profiles, maximum size: 45*300 mm, thickness 3.0 mm.




    Surface Treatment

    Anodized Line: Natural anodized, Anodized matt.

    Wooden Grain line: 4 wooded grain lines with the production capacity of 1200 Ton/Month.

    Automatic Powder Coating line: we use Chinese brand and Akzo Nobel powder; we use RAL standard or customized.




    Mould System

    We have a professional mould system and thousands of moulds, besides, we have professional mould repairmen to check and maintain moulds for free.




    Warehouse

    Our warehouse covers an area of 3000 square meters, and we have an efficient management system,

    each customer's goods will be placed indoors properly, besides, we have professional loading equipment which is convenient to load.




    QC

    We have specialized surveyor and inspection equipment to test aluminium profiles colour, surface, temper, length and thickness.



    PACKAGE & LOADING

    • The surface of the aluminium profile is with sticker film to prevent the aluminium surface from being scratched, you can customize the logo or choose no logo.
    • Packaging: Shrink Film, EPE Cotton, Kraft Paper, Wood Frame, each has its advantages and disadvantages, we default to using the shrink film, other package details you can contact us.

    • If you don’t have the money or space to accommodate a full container at your warehouse, it makes sense to use LCL.
    • LCL costs more than FCL per unit of freight.
